Interview to Film
If you are a fan interested in filming with Kaylee... these are the rules and they are not negotiable.
This form is to schedule a video interview to discuss the options or you may just message me on onlyfans to schedule.
You must be subscribed to my Onlyfans page!
There is a $30 interview fee which must be tipped on my onlyfans page.
Video interview can be on Snapchat, WhatsApp, or Skype.
Filming is in my studio in Clearwater Florida only

Please understand in advance that there will be other people in the studio although they may or may not be in the same room with us during filming. They are here to set up lights, cameras, technical issues, and also for my safety.
At the time of shooting you must fill out all the paperwork required by law for shooting pornography. This includes a model release form, a 2257 age verification form, a picture of your driver's license front and back, picture of you holding your driver's license. These are required by law to keep in my records. In addition, you must have a fan account on Onlyfans and fill out the consent form prior to your arrival. Discretion is essential to me and I will always respect your privacy.
Pricing may vary depending on the specifics of the shoot. Base rates are... One scene max one hour is $400, if there are requests for specific props there may be an additional charge. There is also a "do not publish" fee of $200 if you do not want me to use the content we film on my platforms. Note: One hour is our time to shoot and does not equal one hour of film footage. The amount of film footage will vary and this is not in my control, it is very random. This does not include a group, this is for Kaylee only.

If you become camera shy at the last minute and can not perform for any reason there are no refunds and there are additional fees past one hour of my time.
